Lovely and awesome staff, I felt very welcome!

The room I stayed in was marvellous and absolutely stunning with comfortable temperature, nice view, for instance. The hotel was located in a super and awesome place, next to a bus stop. Altstadt district was worth visiting.

I really enjoyed 2 nights there. The rooms were marvelous and impressive with lovely beds. The location was awesome, and the excellent breakfast was offered. Even the Mannheim City airport was not so far, 18 minutes drive away.

The room is beautiful and stunning, comes with a nice breakfast and comfortable temperature, for instance. The breakfast was delicious and excellent, we appreciated a wide range of meals❤😀

Their rooms are always stunning and impressive with tea or coffee, an elegant bed plus nice view. The breakfast is excellent with a wide range of things to eat and drink.

The breakfast had a huge variety of options, coffee, breads, and fruit. The rooms they have were wonderful and marvelous with comfortable sofa as well as a great view. The breakfast was very good and excellent, the check in was early. Could use their discounted parking.

The breakfast was delicious and excellent: coffee, slices of fresh bread, and fruit were YUMMY. The hotel was set in a very central area close enough to the Heidelberg castle and the view of the river side and the main shopping area of Heidelberg. Furthermore, near old town on the river.

A perfect stay on my next Heidlberg visit. Clean hotel with patient staff and delicious breakfasts. Extremely pleasant and well decorated rooms on the top level, food good. A safe box, cable television, and a refrigerator — very useful. Unbeatable and excellent location and easy access to main street and a castle minute walk from the property. Minute walk from a bus stop, convenient.

My stay at Villa Marstall was excellent value for money. The room was beautifully furnished with a modern air cooling system and soundproof windows, making it incredibly comfortable. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, being close to major sites and within easy reach of great restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and affordable breakfast they provided.

Wonderful ambiance, fabulous view of the river, close to all of the sights of Heidelberg makes the Villa Marstall a most excellent choice.

The staff at Villa Marstall is the best. They are so warm, friendly and helpful. We were delayed in Germay for six nights because of the volcano ash, and the staff went out of their way to help us. They were able to accommodate us for the additional nights in Heidelberg and let us use their office to take care of rebooking our flight which was canelled twice. The location of the hotel is ideal, just one block off of the Hauptstrasse and very close to the castle. The view of the Neckar River from our room was spectacular. Loved the four poster bed and decorating throughout the hotel. The breakfast was very good, especially the bread! Great hotel!

The hotel was romantic and fairly clean with very very helpful staff in explaining the places of interests and where to park our car. In an excellent location minute walk from various sights, main street and a castle.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring this charming city, with great transportation options nearby. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also amazing, served in a beautiful and historical atmosphere.

The hotel was so fresh and clean and really made you feel as comfortable as in your own home. The custom-made furniture was beautiful. On our way out/when we checked out of the hotel, the owner stopped us and wanted to show us another room in the hotel (a level up from our room we had stayed in). She wanted to know how our stay was and shared with us all about her desires for her hotel. It was great and we could really tell she cared about Villa Marstall. We would highly recommend the hotel to all travelers visiting Heidelberg.

Marvellous and fantastic location relatively near Neckar River. Shopping area really close to the centre, the funicular and the old town shopping and restaurants. Impressive and bright rooms with a lovely view over the lake. A safe, television and a fridge were convenient.
